The Healthy Neighborhoods Healthy Kids project educates students on the relationship between the” health” of a neighborhood and personal well-being and engages youth in community planning and revitalization projects.

Using Appreciative Inquiry, the city and residents of Dubuque, Iowa formulated a $20 million plan address housing, community and economic development issues that plagued the town.
