Summary
A word cloud is a graphic way to show the prominence of particular words from a text, meeting summary or some other summary of a discussion.
Tool Description
Word clouds can be used in a varity of ways in planning. For instance, you can generate one at the end of the meeting as a way to visually capture a discussion or analyze that discussion for the most prominent discussion themes. Word clouds can also be used as a visual element of communication materials for a project.
Word clouds are created using simple softwares that are accessible for free online. Two popular ones are Wordle and Many Eyes.
